Delete your Snabb account

You can ask us to delete your Snabb account and its data at any time. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

In the app

Deletion is built into the Snabb app and takes effect immediately — you do not need to contact us.

  • Customers: Profile → Delete account
  • Restaurants: More → Delete account

You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Nothing blocks it.

By email

Email [email protected]from the address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with, and write "delete my account".

We will confirm your identity before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's account.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, phone number, email address and saved locations.
  • The restaurants you saved, and any reviews you wrote.
  • Which listings you opened, and when — the record stops being linked to you. The counts a restaurant sees stay, with nothing in them that identifies anybody.
  • For restaurants: uploaded identity and verification documents.
  • Any device tokens used to send you notifications.

What we have to keep, and why

We are required to retain certain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, and to resolve disputes or payments that are still open. Those records are kept in a form that is no longer linked to your profile, and are deleted when the retention period expires.

An unpaid subscription does not block deletion — you can always leave. That balance survives the account and we may still contact you about it, which the app tells you before you confirm.

How long it takes

Deleting in the app is immediate — the account is gone by the time the screen closes. Requests sent by email are actioned within30 days, and you will get a confirmation once it is done.

Snabb is published by Snabb, Pakistan. This page covers customer accounts and restaurant accounts alike — they are the same app — and you do not need to install or reinstall anything to use it.
